twinsies!

I've resigned myself to the idea that I'll never have twins.  (Although a few weeks ago a lady asked me when my due date was and then after a huge gasp said, "Are you sure there's not two in there?!"  Thanks, lady.)  Not that it's been a huge desire, but it did always seem like fun.   However, I guess the idea was fun mostly for purely shallow reasons - like dressing them alike because it's so cute.  Is that a bad reason to have twins?  I guess that's why God never blessed me with them.  So, I've had fun lately dressing my girls alike.  This week was VBS at our church, so I tried to dress them the same every day.  Enjoy the pics of my "twins!"

My poor boy won't have anyone to dress like twins with!  How sad.  Maybe I'll have to put him in a few of these dresses sometime... (don't tell daddy...)

Such beautiful little girlies you have! I've always thought twins would be fun too but now that I've had one child and realize all the work they require, I think I will only be able to handle one at a time (knock on wood! :) Hopefully I'll have at least one more girl so I can dress she and Lily like twinkies :)

And...you look great, you don't look like you are carrying twins -- don't you hate it when people are so insensitive like that? The last thing a pregnant woman wants to hear you say is that you think she looks bigger than she should be...even if you think it, that's something you should just KEEP TO YOURSELF! But you look great, so you just disregard her ;)

So cute!! I noticed how cute Millie looked every day, but I didn't notice they were dressed the same. How is Henry ever going to be able to choose between the 2??

Your girls looked adorable at VBS! And, yes, dressing the boys alike is the best part of them being twins...purely shallow, I know! Potty training...was not so great! :) Whoever thought you were carrying twins did not see you before and know that you have no where else to put a baby but out front! Silly people...
